Revisions and further changes might take a bit longer, depending on their complexity.
Do I need to book in advance? Can you work on my store right away? ▼
Depending on the season and demand, it might take a few days before I can start working on your store.

What do you need to create my Shopify Store? ▼
• Access to your Shopify Store. If you haven’t signed up yet, I can guide you through the process.
• All the content to be uploaded (products, graphics, blog posts, pages, etc.). If you don’t have everything ready yet, I can upload sample products and stock graphics that you can replace later.
• Branding assets/guidelines (color palette, logo, graphics, social media links, etc.), if you have them.
• Your store niche and any requests/preferences you might have about your new store.
Can you set up dropshipping and print-on-demand (POD) stores? ▼
Yes, I can integrate automated dropshipping services from different providers into your Shopify Store.
Is there a limit on the content upload? ▼
Since this service is to be provided within 1 week, some limits apply:
• I will upload/install a maximum of 30 products, 15 blog posts, and 10 apps.
• Page creation is limited to 5 extra pages besides the essential ones (home, about, faq, contact, and product pages).
These limits can be stretched within reason.
Can you edit the theme code if needed? ▼
I will add minor tweaks and modifications where necessary at no extra cost. Complex code edits, like section or script creation, are not included.
How will we communicate during the process? ▼
We can communicate through email and direct messaging via ZOOM Chat.
Once the purchase is completed, you’ll receive the contact details.
What if I have more questions after the project is completed? ▼
I’m happy to answer any follow-up questions after completing the project. I’m here to make the process stress-free and easy so you feel confident managing your store after launch. If you need in-depth assistance or ongoing maintenance, please consider my subscription services.
What if I’m not happy with the results? Can I get a refund? ▼
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis, as I strive to meet every client’s expectations. A partial refund may be issued depending on the amount of work already completed. No refunds will be issued after final delivery or for services involving custom coding once the work has begun.
