Welcome, and thank you for choosing Infinitheme’s Shopify development services. By purchasing any service offered through this website or through direct communication, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Services Provided

Infinitheme offers web development and design services related to the Shopify platform, including but not limited to:

  • Shopify store setup and customization
  • Bug fixing and feature implementation
  • Theme design and code editing
  • App installation and configuration
  • Content and product uploads
  • Ongoing maintenance and updates

Each service or time package covers specific Shopify development and design tasks that fall within a reasonable complexity level for the time purchased. If a request exceeds the estimated time or complexity, I’ll communicate it clearly before proceeding.

Highly advanced or time-intensive custom features may fall outside the scope of the packages. For best results, I recommend reaching out before placing an order to confirm feasibility and fit. Purchasing a service from Infinitheme’s website implies agreement to the project scope defined in the service description and these Terms of Service.

2. Payments & Deposits

Services offered as a direct purchase on Infinitheme’s website must be fully paid in full when ordered.
For custom projects agreed via direct communication, a minimum 50% deposit may be required to begin the work, with the remaining 50% due upon completion, unless otherwise stated.
For ongoing or hourly services, invoicing will follow the schedule agreed upon in advance.
Accepted payment methods are offered through Stripe services.

3. Revisions & Approvals

Reasonable revisions are included as part of each project. Additional revisions or work outside the original scope may incur additional charges that will need to be confirmed in writing by the client before proceeding.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and I always aim to be fair and transparent. If you’re unsure whether your situation qualifies for a refund, please reach out so we can review it together.

If a project is canceled by the client after work has begun, a partial refund may be issued depending on the amount of work already completed. Time spent on research, communication, planning, or development will be deducted from the refund total. No refunds will be issued after final delivery or for services involving custom coding once the work has begun.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client must provide all required materials, access, and information necessary to complete the project in a timely manner.
Delays caused by missing assets or failure to give necessary access in time may impact the delivery timeline.

6. Timeline & Delivery

Turnaround time will depend on the project’s scope. While Infinitheme strives to meet all deadlines, delivery dates are estimates and may shift based on project changes or communication delays.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat any sensitive information shared during the project (login credentials, business details, etc.) with strict confidentiality and not share it with third parties.

8. Liability

Infinitheme will deliver a functional and optimized website based on the agreed scope, but is not responsible for:

  • Issues arising from third-party integrations or hosting providers (e.g., Shopify platform downtime, app bugs).
  • Any losses related to store performance after handover.
  • Future compatibility issues due to software updates.

9. Intellectual Property

All custom code and designs created specifically for your store become your property upon full payment and/or project completion.
Infinitheme reserves the right to include and showcase non-sensitive elements of completed projects in a portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
