How do I request a task? ▼
The first time, right after your purchase, you’ll be directed to a short questionnaire to provide your store details and request the tasks you need.
For ongoing services and monthly subscriptions, you can message me via email or ZOOM chat at any time with a description of the task you’d like me to complete.
I’ll confirm or ask any clarifying questions, if needed, and get started at once.
What happens if I don’t use all my hours in a month? ▼
Unused hours do not roll over to the next month. To keep things efficient and fair for everyone, it’s best to plan tasks in advance and use the available time within the billing cycle.
How long do tasks take to complete? ▼
Most small updates and fixes are completed within 1–2 business days.
Larger or multiple tasks may take more time, depending on their complexity.
Can I switch plans later? ▼
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at the end of any billing cycle to better fit your needs.
Is there a contract or commitment? ▼
No long-term contracts! The service runs on a monthly basis, and you can cancel anytime before your next billing cycle begins.
